Falconera stands for nature and the Mediterranean, a place where you can eat regional products that are prepared according to traditional recipes. With a focus on all types of rice dishes – from a classic ‘paella’ to a ‘wet’ Catalan rice to an ‘anti-paella’ with alternative ingredients, even French products are used here, such as foie gras or duck’s breast (magret).
