The restaurant museum that changed everything

 

ElBulli1846, a gastronomic museum located inCala Montjoi, within the Cap de Creus Natural Park. It is a fascinating place that offers visitors the unique opportunity to reflect on the knowledge, innovation and rich history of the famous elBullirestaurante.

The main objective of the museum is to inspire and stimulate creativity, giving a look inside the processes of culinary innovation that took place at elBulli.

Visitors can discover and learn about the pioneering culinary techniques developed by Ferran Adrià and his team. As well as their sources of inspiration, experimentation processes and culinary philosophy.
